The care team partners with patients to provide to provide culturally sensitive care that emphasizes preventive medicine, chronic disease management and health education.
This PCP will see adult patients across all demographics and diseases and conditions. We offer:

0.625 FTE minimum (5 sessions) to 0.875 FTE maximum (7 sessions)
Position is outpatient only with weekday hours - coverage will be discussed during interview
Spanish language skills required


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
